ROLLING OAKS RANCH

Rolling Oaks Ranch is located in the quiet countryside of the Hill Country five miles west of Harper. Harper has one grocery store, post office, school, several shops and restaurants.  Kerrville and Fredericksburg are less than thirty minutes from the property, offering medical care, community and VA hospitals, shopping, dining, entertainment, golfing and fishing/water sports along the Guadalupe and Pedernales rivers.

Rolling Oaks Ranch has paved roads with electricity and phone available to all tracts in the ranch. The entrance is on Reservation Road and there are no through roads in the subdivision which keeps traffic limited to the owners in the ranch.

All tracts are gently rolling to level with good soil and oak trees.

Owner financing will be available on all tracts in the ranch. Qualified veterans may use their Texas Veterans Land Board loans to finance a purchase in the ranch. Owners will drill a well on any tract in the ranch for an additional charge of $3,500.00.
